From 2013-2017, Berkshire Group, one of the largest companies in the multifamily space, tapped 44 to run the opening campaign for two neighboring apartment buildings, The Benjamin and VIA. We successfully positioned The Benjamin and VIA among Boston’s most high profile developments and as cornerstones of the Seaport District, where over 20 blocks of  world-class retail, office, and residential space are coming to life. Over the course of this four year campaign, we led every facet of press, from construction to grand opening — we announced the name, look and feel of each apartment, hosted hard hat tours and design and architecture panels, revealed key interior components, and finally planned and hosted a smashing grand opening party, complete with water sphere dancers and an unforgettable electronic DJ.
